Which sulfur 8 product do you use?

I just heard about sulfur 8 and how good it is and i want to try it but i'm not sure which one to use. which one do you use the hair lotion, original formula, oil sheen, shampoo, medicated formula?

I used to use the medicated light forumula. Never used the oil sheen or shampoo or anything. Haven't used that stuff in a long time, but thinking of going back to it
