Which one? MTG, Boundless Tresses, Linzie's request

So I have been reading a little about what products produce the most growth beside vits. I currently have MTG, but don't use it as much b/c of smell. I was wondering what is the difference btwn these products. I am a PJ so I just needed to know if MTG would produce the same or similiar results as these other two with regular use.

I don't want to relasp as I am trying to use what I have.

I've done a lot of reading on these and I've eliminated MTG as an option because of the smell. A lot of people have reported getting thickness and length from Boundless Tresses and length from Lenzi's Request. I personally am gonna try Lenzi first because I don't need thickness. Maybe some other ladies can chime in.

I bought lenzis request 2 weeks ago. I didnt want to smell that mtg stuff.
I have a small bald spot where my hair was taken out from wearing braids yrs ago.

I have to say I see little hairs already developing and its only been 2 weeks.

Im going to start using it on my hair.

I have Lenzi's and Boundless Tresses---tried mtg--but the smell was too bad.

out of the 2--i like BT. It is light, easy to apply and the results are noticeable. Plus--i'm not a big 'grease on scalp' person--so that was a main prob w/ Lenzi's.

Can't wait until my next sewin so i can get back to my BT!

I haven't tried Boundless Tresses. I have tried MTG and Lenzi's Request I think that MTG works way better than Lenzi's Request. I am currently using MTG and at 6 wks post I have crazy newgrowth. I am trying to stretch to my birthday in July, but at this rate I don't think that I will be able to

As a MTG user and dealing with the funky smell yet tons of new growth, I would go with Boundless Tresses and Lenzi's Request. I used the LR when I first got my braids and used it on my edges. Lawd have mercy it filled in my THIN edges. Boundless tresses has thicken up my hair just like the MTG WITHOUT THE SMELL.

I've tried MTG, and LR.

LR made my hair itch like crazy, plus it sit on my scalp and couldn't really stand the gunk under my nails. MTG I'm currently using, mixed with Vatika oil to cut the smell, works wonders, growth is great. My only 2 complaints it smells awful, but that can be sorted out. My hair is growing too fast...ok a good complaint. I'm gonna try the BT though. It seems to be working better than the MTG for most people.

Thanks gurls, I think I might try LR for my edges b/c they are thin as well. But someone pm'd me about black jamaican castor oil. So I guess I understand it as MTG/BT makes your hair thicker and LR helps your hair grow fast? I have ORS fertilizing temple balm but never used it. I hate to buy more products when I already have what would serve the same purpose.

Sorry for all the questions, I just would like to know about these products I have or need.

From what I read..mtg/bt makes your hair grow faster than LR. Mtg and LR both can be used on the edges. They are both growth aides but a lot of people said they saw a faster result with the mtg/bt.

If you want thickness than mtg/bt and black jamaican castor oil would be your best bet.

I used to use the black jamaican castor oil with my conditioners and it thickened it up a little bit.

I didn't have much if any luck with Lenzis, but then I'm also not a fan of thicker grease on my scalp.

Never tried BT. I'm an MTG user, its a staple. Don't mind the smell too much.

I've been using BT for almost two months now and it definitely works.

I also have Lenzi's request. I don't see that it's doing anything for me at all. Could be wrong, but I get nothing from it.

OT: Your hair is beautiful, and I just noticed that it grows in a V. I think that is so stylish. Mine grows bluntly, not so stylish, but I ain't trying to cut it into anything.

OP: I use MTG, and my hair has grown, but I can't say if it is more than I would normally get until I check my length in April. What I can say is that my edges are filling in thicker, and that is pretty amazing. The smell doesn't bother me, so I will finish the bottle that I have, but I want to try my hand at making my own when this runs out. I also plan to buy some BT, because if I can support Shapely's, I can certainly support sista Naturallady.

I use BT on my mom's hair. It's fine and short. I started in Febraury and her hair barely touched her shoulders. Well today she relaxed it and it's definitely resting if not half an inch passed her shoulders. It's in a rollerset right now so we shall see. I only applied the BT once a week after her hair washing regimen. I use it on my hair also, and I noticed my NG is very soft. I don't plan on relaxing if I continue on like this. I definitely see that it's growing, I believe I will be at APL if I relax in June, I doubt I will though.

I decided on BT because I wasn't too sold on the MTG "issue/controversy". I'm very happy with my choice, and I just ordered two more bottles. I want to make sure I'm well stocked. Plus I've told friends about it, I might just give one away, nah!!!. lol

I just realized this reads like an infomercial lol, Naturallady if you want to add this to the testimony page please by all means go ahead, I would be flattered.

I haven't used most of the choices, but Lenzi's has worked wonders on my hair. I have been using it for about a month and I have about an inch of new growth. i am also interested in getting Boundless Tresses.

I'm completely sold on BT. I have both the scented and unscented kind. I've tried Lenzi's request and had ok results but it was just too greasy for my fine hair and it just sat on my scalp. With BT it sinks right into my scalp. Like others have said it does soften ng quite nicely. At my last relaxer touch up- two weeks ago i was shocked at how thick my hair had gotten, my Mom and stylist both commented on that. I'm a bonafide PJ but this has really become one of my staples.
