Which is worse?

Relaxing with a super strength relaxer for 20 minutes.

OR

Relaxing with a regular strength relaxer for 30 minutes.

My hair is currently the product of the top one, super strength for 20 mins. It's VERY resistant and will not fully straighten in either scenario.

I'm just wondering if maybe using a less potent relaxer is better for my hair! :scratchch

yeah if its going to turn out the same either way I cant see it hurting to use the less potent, but yeah then whats the difference if your going to leave it in longer, ok I aint sure there is a difference then

*done racking my brain when I'm tired now*

:poke: Neith , I dont think it matters gurl!!!

maybe somone else will have a better answer haha

I dunno, I think the pH is lower on the regular and it's therefore less damaging??

I guess?

Thanks for replying.

I know... I'm a deep hair thinker!

You two night owls. :lachen:

I'd say super for 20 is worse. Imo it's like drinking a glass of juice concentrate versus a quart of juice once the concentrate has been properly mixed with the appropriate amount of water. Not very accurate, but you know... It's late :lachen: and that's just imo.

Regular strenth isn't strong and I've left many on my head for way longer and have always had at least grazing SL hair.

If they give the same effect, like Iris I don't think its a big deal unless you're worried about scalp damage, bloodstream something or other which I don't even know how much I buy into considering application and the brevity, or some issue with your hair shaft, which does matter if you get the same result, right?

Maybe it would make your hair look the same but be more moist or manageable though, I dunno. Be our lab rat.
