I was thinking about adding flax oil ot my vitamins. I have seen that there are a log of brands and concentrations. Some with Omega 369 and those with fiber and other ingrediants. I want to know which one are you taking and does the ingrediants matter?

I take Organic flaxseed oil by spectrum. When I reorder, I'll get the lemon- flavored one since I love my lemon-flavored oil from nordic naturals.

ETA: Hmm, maybe I'll try the cinnamon...


Forgot to add that my oil has 8g omega 3, 2g omega6, and 3g omega 9 in each tablespoon. http://www.spectrumorganics.com/index.php?id=59
