Which form of direct heat is most damaging to RELAXED hair?

i say blow dryer. if you flat iron on MODERATE temp, and do it rarely, it's not AS BAD...but still bad.

if i am going to flat iron, i air dry to avoid the double heat exposure...but no heat is best.
 
I'd say it's the chemical run. When you get a relaxer when you wash your relaxer out it runs down the shaft and processes the already processed hair which leads to thin ends and etc. That's why I think it's better to stretch relaxers as far as possible and then protect the already processed hair.

Direct heat is a gimme...it's the debil lol
