Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate or Sodium Laureth Sulfate? I keep on hearing conflicting information. Please help because I am thinking at this point to not use shampoo at all......
 
I would think that ALS and AlES are the most harsh because almost every clarifying shampoo or shampoo that advertises getting your hair "super clean" has the ALS in it.
