Where do you purchase your hair shears?

Where can I purchase hair shears for a good price? My sally's sells them for about 17-20 dollars. Is there anywhere where I can buy them cheaper and they still be good quality? Does Walmart sell them?

I think just as long as they are sharp and you don't use them on anything else except your hair you should be fine with a pair of Goody's or something similar. They do sell those at Walmart.

I have a pair by Goody. You can get those from Wal-Mart, Target, CVS, etc.
