where do you buy your oils??

Since I am a newbie to the site. Ive been reading and reading all the tips and techniques and its been very helpful

My question is where do you buy the oils such as peppermint oil...rosemary...etc?? Is there an online site?

Also, when do you use it...before you go to bed? After you moisturize your scalp?

You can buy oils from health food stores, HEB, Whole Foods, Sally's even GNC. You can also get them online from iHerb, vitaminshoppe, etc. I like to put my peppermint oil in my liquid leave ins and spray in my hair either on wash day or when setting my hair.

I get mine from The Vitamin Shoppe or Vitacost.

I don't really use a wide variety of oils. Just mainly coconut, olive, castor, and Black Earth African Healing Oyl (I get the olive from the grocery store, and I get the Black Earth from the BSS).

I'm trimming it down to just castor. I've realized I don't need more than one oil.
