I was lucky enough to find it at Ebay. There were 2 different ladies auctioning the conditioner. I paid $3.50 plus $3.50 shipping. I bid on both the Avocado and the Aloe Tropical Conditioners.
Be careful. I have the one in the photo at blackbeautysupplies.net. Tropical Degil, green top, green label in Spanish (Portugese?), etc. and it was made in Venezuela. It's ok, but not as creamy and slippery as the Dominican version.
