I COULD order it online but does any store sell it in NYC (Manhattan or Brooklyn). I've looked around but can't find it. :-/

Wow, several places sell Surge in Bk.
1) Church AVe and E. 96th St. - There is a hair store right there that has Surge.
2). Fulton St. downtown Bk. on the same block as Models, its a HUGE bss and they sell Surge in the first aisle.
3). A hair store on the Junction in BK. It's on Flatbush called Mimi's. They have Surge in the first aisle.
