When you clarify/chelate, do you use a reg. shampoo right after?

I do for several reasons.

#1 - Because I like the way my other shampoo makes my hair smell.
#2 - Because I like using the shampoo from my poo/con combo set. :)
#3 - just because.

I really don't think it would be bad if I did not use my regular shampoo, but I use it anyway. I only do one lather with my chelating anyway. I need that 2nd lather most times.

i do both. if there's a lot of build up i use the chelating poo twice. but it makes my hair tangly. most times i use a moisturising poo for the2nd lather.

I only lather once when I shampoo, whether I chelate or not. Two lathers is too much, leaving my hair hard, stripped feeling and tangled even with keracare hydrating shampoo which I am sure led to ends issues.

This is what I do. I'll use Aveda DR for my second wash, or just wash twice with Aloe Rid.
