i did most myself, and my SO evened it up.

Ok, I think I'm going to have my girlfriend cut it for me. She has a good eye and can get the back part.

I went to a natural salon to get the last of the relaxed ends cut off. I'd already gone to a different salon halfway through my transition to get about half of my relaxed ends cut off (to keep myself from chickening out and re-relaxing my hair).

I did mine myself and trying to even out my hair I kept cutting and cutting till I could see my scalp. So instead of ending up with a decent amount of natural hair to start my natural journey I ended up with a TWA. I would recommend someone go to the salon/barber/use trusted friend to BC.

I did mine's myself at home. I just didn't trust going to a barber/stylist to do it for me.
