When Should I Relax my hair again?

About a month ago I had cut the over processed perm ends in my hair. There was a very noticeable color difference in my hair. So I put in braid extensions for a month and will continue to have it for a next month. Is it a god idea to re-perm my hair after I take out the braids or should I wait longer? Because I can continue to transition but I choose not too.

sorry, just trying to understand. so you cut off your relaxed hair to transition and decided not too, right? you put in braid extentions and you want to keep them fot 2months(8 wks) and wanna know if it would be ok to relax your hair then? Do you think you could wait til 12wks?
