When do you stop washing before a Touch UP??

I have an appointment scheduled for a touch up on Aug 12. I'm currently co-washing my hair everyday. My new growth is killing me so I've co- washing daily. My everyday style for the next two weeks will be a bun or a slicked back ponytail. I'll be 11 weeks post for my touch up.

But I was wondering if anyone could give suggestions on when to stop washing my hair. I don't want to risk having any scalp irration due to washing.

for me, I wait at least 3 days. By that time my scalp has time to "rest".

I used to wait 3-4 days too

I wait a week. I'd suggest waiting atleast 3-4 days after washing to get a touch-up, by then your pores will be closed.
