Do you have to do daily co-washing?

Do you have to do daily co-washing if you moisturize your hair everyday with a cream, such as Cream of Nature?

Would that be too much moisture?

(I wash and deep condition my hair twice a week, btw)

U don't have to ...all hair is different and u HAVE to do what works for u...

I think one OR the other is fine
