When do subscriptions run out?

I joined this site last June and I don't have the automatic subscription because I removed that from Paypal. Since its almost June I want to know if I'll get a notification or if the subscription will just run out at the end of the month.

If you go to this link here it tells you the date your subscription expires. I don't know if you'll get an email notification or not.
