Wheatgrass and Alopecia-seems like a miracle

There was a thread last week about "slow-growers" and our issues (yes I'm one of the crew)erplexed, someone posted that wheatgrass juice improved her growth rate. So, naturally, I decided to do some research of my own.

While looking online, I found various bits of info about the benefits of WGJ for practically every biologic system including hair and skin. However, the following info caught my attention regarding Alopecia Areata. Keep in mind, the site is based in Australia but seems pretty credible. to me. If anyone is interested, take a look.

I've already bought my initial supply of WGJ from Whole Foods yesterday, but I just came across this today. Hope it helps someone.

I drink a tablespoon of powdered wheatgrass in my smoothie every morning. You can't even taste it when mixed up with other goodies. Take a look at this thread.

I started putting some in my protein drink on Monday..we shall see
