I am with the ladies on PJism I need to use up all products
I currently own and stop buying products because it's a deal.
Be consistent with protein shakes.
1.Something has to be done with my Pjsm. I cant go on like this no more.
2. Continue to not use heat too often.
3. Remeber to continue taking my huge, oversized vitamins
Limit my intake of PJs until I run out.
Limt my heat usage; my hair loves not having so much heat that it can possibly fry it to death.
Continue my protective styles and Baggie Method until my hair gets to bra clasp.
More Conditioner Washes, rinsing, weekly deep conditioning, and monthly hot oil treatments.
Increased supplement intake.
And definetly, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize.
Wear my silk scarf and satin durag to bed nightly.
Finally, relaxer touchups every 4 months. I love you, my precious head of hair. I'll take very good care of you until the day I die. /images/graemlins/lachen70.gif
1. focus more on the condition of my hair, as oppossed to the length.
2. to use the baggie method on my daughter's hair
3. to not neglect my hair because I have braids
4. give up my pjism..... ok scratch that I'm just not ready yet/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
I resolve to do the following in 2005:
- continue on all my challenges
- stretch my relaxers to 12 weeks
- trim only when I think necesary
- make bra strap in 2005
My resolution is to reach my goal of 20" by summer. After that my main goal will be to maintain healthy ends and accumulate more length (no pressure after 20").
1. Take excellent care of my ends, so that I will only have to trim ONCE this year. This should put me at waist length before year's end.
2. Stick to all the challenges I'm involved in.
3. Go back to washing once a week since I'm going to be working out everyday again.
1 DO MORE OF THE BAGGIE METHOD.
2. KEEP MY BRAIDS IN LONGER
3. FIND A REGEMIN " JUST FOR ME & STICK TO IT "!
4. CUT DOWN ON MY PJ-ISM ON PRODUCTS AND VITAMINS !!!!!
5. STOP THE MADDING (HAND IN HAIR DIEASE!!)
** Find a good regimen and stick to it!!
** Problem solve my hexagon ends!!
** Have healthy hair, not just long hair!!!
** Do more of the Baggie Method!!
** Treat myself to a CHI iron when I want to flat iron my hair!!
~Perfect my regimine and stick to it
~Stop running to the salon at the first sight of new growth /images/graemlins/shocked.gif
~Use less heat
~Stretch out relaxers
~Take my vitamins everyday and not just when I want to
~Be patient with my progress and stop getting discouraged
*Continue with my current regimen and products b/c they seem to be working very well.
*Figure out what to do with my unused products. Throw away or give away the ones I know I have no intention of ever using on my hair again. i.e. Marcel Wax
*Stick with deep conditioning once a week or every two weeks
*Stick with vitamins even though I'm not consistent
*Love my hair at every length and not be jealous that my hair isn't like someone else's
*Keep my ends healthy so I will only need to trim every 4 months
*No heat, except for trims
