I use it with rollers. I normally airdry my rollersets overnight, but when I use the small rollers for a spiral set, I use the bonnet dryer on LOW for about an hour to make sure my hair is completely dry by morning.
I don't use heat when I deep condition. I just leave the conditioner on my hair for at least an hour while I do chores, etc.
