What's Your Favorite Leave-in??

  1. Oyin's Honey Hemp - my all time favorite - This is an all in one type conditioner. I co-wash, condition with a hooded dryer, condition with a steamer and leave-in.
  2. Elucence - this dissolve quickly in my hair (I love it!)
  3. Knot Today - slowly being replace by Bear Fruit Hair
Honarable mention:

Just tried: Bear Fruit Hair - Cherry Bark Banana Cream - I'm loving this...it's like the KimmayTube Leave-in, you just don't have to do the mixing and it's $7

I really love Herbal Essence Long Term Relationship but it is getting harder and harder to find it. So my number two is Neutrogena's Triple Moisture.

Tangie, I just bought 2 bottles from Target. They have it for $2.99 and there was a coupon for $1 off in the Sunday paper last month.

I just airdried my hair STRAIGHT with my top 3 leave ins which I use in combination and in a certain order. First I put on APHOGEE PRO VITAMIN leave in and follow with the APHOGHEE KERATIN & GREEN TEA RESTRUCTERIZER and the icing on the cake is HE LTR leave in.

I didn't blow dry, nor flat iron my hair straight after it airdried. I just did one big pincurl under when it was 80% dry and when it fully dried I had flowing, moisturized, healthy hair.

HHG!

My hair is loving 'Yes To Cucumbers Leave-In.' Other leave-in conditioners make my 4a/b relaxed hair feel dry and hard after I air dry. This makes my hair feel nice and soft after my hair is dry. :yep:

would any of these be good for the new york winter weather?

Although i like infusium 23, i typically use something more moisturizing in the winter like nexxus (the one with the silver top can be used as a leave in condish 2) and some type of oil (olive, coconut ect.)

Lacio Lacio followed by MT sealed with JBCO, hair stays very strong, very moisturized, and very soft. :reddancer:

After all my years on the board, I just finished trying out the Direct Leave in from Giovanni. This stuff is the bomb! I never felt my hair so soft.

scurl is the best i've found for my (relaxed) hair thus far. i air dry to about 95% dry then apply and seal with evco and a tad bit of jbco.

I luv Kinky Curly Knot Today and Karen's body beautiful hair milk for leave-ins.
For moisturizers I'm loving Jane Carter Nourish and Shine and MyHoneyChild Type 4 hair cream.

Kinky Curl Knot today..or Use Kimmays recipe... ..HE LTR ....these 3 are it for right now... LTR has been a staple for a while

I totally forgot to add the Kimmaytube leave in...Loves it, and I plan on using it all winter...

My hair loved it modified with Cantu Shea Butter Leave in and HE Hello Hydration but, I decided I rather lay off the cones for moisturizing, so I just made fresh batch with AO Honeysuckle Rose, I hope it works well...

I'm cosigning with the Modified Kimmaytube leave in. If you don't want to come out of pocket too deep and you don't want to order online, then this would be a good start. I simply replace the base conditioner with my new fave Suave Shea Butter Almond conditioner. So decide how much you're willing to spend and go from there.

My favorite leave-in is Yes to Cucumbers. It leaves gives me super slip and leaves my hair smooth but feeling dry once air dried (I wet bun), so I moisturized with Taliah Waajid's Protective Mist Bodifer this morning after the YTC - bingo!

Currently, I am experiencing good results using Giovanni 50:50 and Yes to Carrots conditioners as leave-ins; they both produce smooth, silky results after air drying.

Kimmay tube with a tablespoon of Knot today AND a table spoon of Giovanni Direct leave in...instead of just the Knot today. LOVE IT!

Shea Moisture Shea Butter Leave-In. It's not the one at Target, but you can order online and it's available at some BSS in MD/DC, NY...around those areas.

Thanks because I've been looking for a creamy leave in from them and was shocked when I went to Target and didn't see one!
