I never to go sephora so I was shocked to see Carol's daughter being sold there when I went in with a friend. I want to try some products for my hair but I don't know what to try. What's your favorite product?

I like either the tui or black vanilla leave-in. Using the hair balm with my MTG removes most of the smell. The khoret amen hair smoothie also seems to be good.

I used some of those products and they did not work for me. I still have a jar of the healthy hair butter under my sink. I did not like the smell or the build up it left in my hair. PM me if you want to buy it. The only reason I did not do away with it is because I spent so much money on it,

I know many love that Healty Hair Butter. I didnt like it either.

i agree with the healthy hair butter - it's entirely too thick...i bought the khoret amen herbal shampoo and hair smoothie...the shampoo doesn't lather on my relaxed hair and the smoothie just kinda "sits there".

however, i tried the products on my 2 small daughters (they have natural hair) and it worked perfectly! the hair butter's smell is still very strong in their hair after 3 days. i don't know if i will continue to spend this much on their hair care, but if it lasts long, i just might.

my man swears by the pomade, tho.

I like the Healthy Hair Butter mixed with the Mimosa Hair Honey for my twists....It works perfectly...:) My twists are shiny and moisturized for days on end...

HHB is a heavier cream so it should be used accordingly...beeswax is high on the ingredients list - its not something you would put in your hair if you were wearing it down....I think that is why some people didnt like it....

I want to try the Hair Milk because I have heard good things...

I like the oils...the most recent one I had was Lisa's Hair Elixir. But that was back when I thought that oils would moisturize my hair!

The shea butter smoothies for the body are great for my dry skin, too.

I want to try the HHB so badly, but I can't buy that right now. Must....resist....temptation....to buy

Usually I use an oil moisturizer to smooth my hair for a ponytail. I am now 4 1/2 months post relaxer and nothing will lay my NG down (not even the stiff head stick) but the HHB which had been sitting on my shelf collecting dust! It's now my best friend at least until my next relaxer in December! ;)

Healthy Hair Butter is a winner with me. I wear my hair in braids a lot and I coat each section with it before I braid it. When I undo my braids, my hair is extremely soft, shiny and moisturized.

Has anyone tried the Rosemary Mint Shampoo, or the Khoret Amen Herbal Shampoo?

i have the khoret amen and while it didn't lather at all on my relaxed hair (it actually did nothing for my hair at all) , it worked wonders for my daughters' natural hair.

The Black Vanilla Leave In is the only CD hair product I've tried. It didn't work magic on my hair but I've become addicted to the scent....I dilute it w/ distilled water to mist my hair with. I may repurchase just for the scent. The ingredients look good enough and it's not hurting my hair, just doesn't do anything special (except smell good!!!)

I agree with hairlove and Doll, nothing slicks my hair down into a ponytail like CD HHB. I only use a D4 brush with it and I have no problem making a smooth ponytail on natural hair;)

Im in absolute LOVE with Hair Milk...I use it as a leave-in and moisturizer, it leaves the hair SO soft. Im also a big fan of the Body Jelly (Baby Soft and Ecstasy).

i have the rosemary mint shampoo. the first time i used it it left my hair a tangled mess. i was really about to cry and miss class.

the second time i had to wash my hair 2x to get a really good lather. my hair wasnt as tangled as before, but instead of combing my hair after washing it, i used a hot oil treatment and that got rid of the tangles for me.

even though the rosemary mint shampoo tangles my hair, i like how it looks after its washed and it feels so fresh and so clean. im trying the kormet shampoo next week.

Lately, I have been using the following:
Black Vanilla Leave in
Rosemary Mint Shampoo
Hair Milk

My hair really likes this stuff.

I just bought the hair balm and it seems to be ok.
I also bought the Almond Cookie Shea Souffle but I think it may be a little too oily for me and I have very dry skin.
