What's This Hair Color?

I am trying to identify the color of the hair used in this pic

It is labelled as 4/27 but when i went to a site to purchase, I got confused as there are so many variations ( TP, HL, FS etc)

There's a FS 4/27 (FS = Frosted) and a P 4/27 . I'm not sure which of these (if any) is the one in the picture.

I found this site through old reviews in the vendor forum, if there's a better place to order from, please let me know

TP4/27 is the only option in the drop down. If the hair is water wave and it's marked as 4/27, then that's what it is.

The site is showing the color chart, but that doesn't mean that all of those colors are available.

I saw it on pinterest labeled 4/27 and I am now trying to find it. Sorry if.my OP wasn't clear
