rinse and conditioner? What exactly does the rinse do and what are the benefits? I know the benefits conditioners have, I just would like to know the differences between the two.

Thanks in advance ladies!!!!

A rinse is supposed to be used as the final step when washing your hair. After your deep conditioner, rinse it out and then you use a rinse, which helps with final detangling.

I find rinses particularly helpful when I have great moisturizing conditioners that don't necessarily detangle.

Hope that helps ;)
