Whats the difference????

i've been meaning to ask this for a while, but what is the difference between a dominican salon and a regular black salon. I hear about the "dominican blowouts are the best, rollersets are bouncy and shiny" and i'm like

My cousin goes to a Domincan run salon in FL. She says every service is under $30, they are fast (she's never in the salon longer than 2 hrs) and they can get her natural 3b/c hair very straight and not loaded down with greasy products. I've seen it--we're talking blowing in the wind, Pantene commercial straight.
