What's the difference between...

Kinky twists, cotton spiral twist, sengegalese twists, and gypsy twists?

I hope this isnt a stupid question but I was looking at this page,

which has these styles and they all look like two strand twists to me.

They are all two strand twist styles, however the difference is in the finish and the type of hair used. The baby curl twists are so cute!
