Joico K-Pak is a heavy-duty protein. It contains actual keratin protein molecules. I find that the Joico K-Pak works best for my hair. I use it once every four weeks.

thanks guys for the overwhelming response...i see quite a few of u really use the aphogee i started like a month ago and it has really made a difference, im thinking about the motions slik protein ( i've used other motions products before and im loving it)

Affirm 5 in 1 for regular protein and Joico Kpak for heavy duty protein.
