I have only been doing hair care for about 3 months consistently so I am sort of a newbie myself.

Oils – Hot six oil or castor oil mixed with my own blend of essential oils.

Conditioner: Garnier Fructis Length and Strength Fortifying Cream Conditioner; Nexxus Phyto Organics Humectin

Deep Conditioner: Motions After-Shampoo Moisture Plus Conditioner, Doo Gro Deep Down Intense Penetrating Conditioner

Protein Treatment: JOICO K-Pak Deep Penetrating Reconstructor, hands down, plus it's ranked the best; unlike most reconstructors, it's one of the few that actually uses human hair keratin, most others are just vegetable (or other) protein based (but they will still do a GREAT job of strengthening your hair); JOICO's expensive, but hey, that's most likely because of the human hair keratin

Oils: Dabur Amla Lite

Moisturizers: Garnier Fructis Length and Strength Anti-Split Ends Treatment; sometimes I use a little of their Length and Strength Fortifying Cream Conditioner as a moisturizer on dry hair and it's perfect because when it dries it doesn't make the hair hard or anything.

Others: CHI Silk Infusion Reconstructing Complex; girl, I'm telling you this stuff is THE TRUTH. It has silk proteins and will leave your hair sooooo silky and soft, it's unbelievable. I use it when I'm flat ironing but even on days when I'm not.

Garnier Fructis Smoothing Milk

Garnier Fructis Weightless Anti-Frizz Serum
