What's My Hairtype????

Ladies, I've been trying to determine what hairtype I am.

My guess is 4b.

Please looks at these pics and tell me what you think.

I would need to see more length to see your curl pattern. Or a pic of your hair wet.

ETA: I didn't know your hair was relaxed. Yea, we would need about a good 2-3 inches of new growth to tell.

Besides the hair being too little/short to tell, I've heard people say that when you're relaxed it's hard to tell the real texture just from the growth. I forget the reasoning but people tell stories of how they chopped their relaxed hair off and then found their texture was completely different from what they thought. I don't know if it has something to do with scab hair (?) or what.

Once your hair is all out, we maybe able to guess better. Because you may have more than one texture. I have 3 textures in my head.erplexed The back is 3c,middle is 4b and the sides 4a/3c combo.

It's not enough new growth to tell. And your nape may be a different texture than the rest. My hair is mostly 4a/3c but my nape is 3b.
