Neck length, I'd say. Although, napelength and chin length is about the same usually. I've always considered neck length between nape and shoulder. Some call this "flip length" I think.
I think that they can be the same length - neck length is rather variable - what PART of the neck? Very short neck length hair, would be chin length. Slightly longer neck length hair, would be - neck length, I guess. The longest neck length hair would be almost shoulder length...... and then, of course, it also depends on how long your neck is....
I'm confused about sl and collarbone length. I've always that collarbone length is longer but I see lhcfs saying their striving for SL and say they'r currently at CL. I have no idea
Neck Length hair is longer. Neck Length hair is the hair that reaches the bottom of your neck.
Look at your bodies. The Chin comes before the neck. Even if your hair comes around the top of your neck, it still is coming to your chin area all around.
As for the whole CollarBone vs. SL debate. On me, I'm striving for Collarbone length first because my collarbone is above my shoulders, like it is on most women.
However, I am guessing that on some people, maybe their collarbone is the same height as their shoulders? So that's why they would say that they are collarbone length.
So I guess it's a body type issue. But the Neck length vs. Chin Length, well, that's quite obvious
