I feel stupid for asking this:wallbash: but here it goes. What's all this talk about moisture and seal? How do I do it? I understand about sealing with and oil but what do I moisture with? What's the process step by step?

Thanks ladies!

Moisture is the essential key to healthy hair. If your hair is dry whether natural or relaxed you are guaranteed breakage which is enemy no. 1.

So the key is to find products, a regimen and styles which help you to maintain moisture, softness, suppleness.

Seal is what is done to the ends of the hair to maintain the moisture.

For example if you have natural hair and you have a great moisture routine in order to keep that you may use an oil or butter to maintain the moisture and softness. Which is what I do especially after a co-wash or anytime I have used something that included water on my hair.

Ladies chime in if I missed anything.
