What's a good neutralizing conditioner?

I have a perm set for the 29th and wanted to include a neutralizing conditioner?

What's the best one IYO and your results?

i cant think of one right now (although i think mizani might have one). i'm curious to see what others say. i'm transitioning but i think it could still benefit my hair.

Many of Joico's conditioners have the pH listed as 5.5 - 4.5.

So, it doesn't necessarily have to 'say' neutralizing - as long as the ph is around this range?
