What\'s a gentle shampoo??

Hi Ladies! I was just wondering if you all could recommend another shampoo for me to use. I've been using Creme of Nature Moisturizing Conditioning Shampoo and have started to notice build up. (i was warned but still didn't listen, lol). So if you could please tell me something else i could use, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Have you tried Elasta QP Shampoo for Relaxed hair? They also have a Creme conditiong Shampoo as well, I think it's a non-sls shampoo. Another one that people recommend that works as well as CON without the build up is Keracare Hyrdating and Detangling.

I like Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo. Kenra Moisturizing is also a good pick.

Design Essentials Moisture Retention is great and doesnt have detergents in it(sodium or ammonium laurel or laureth sulfate)...
