What Would Do More Damage?

Relaxer damage because it's a caustic chemical. One wrong move can damage and permanently mar not only your hair but also your scalp. Damage to the scalp could mean permanent hair loss.

My hair was so badly damaged by a relaxer that I had no choice but to go natural. Funny, now I love my curls and prefer it to my straightener hair.

Chemically speaking, both methods cause the exact same physical change in the structure of the hair. So the damage in my opinion is the same.

I vote that the relaxer could cause the most damage as it is very easy to damage both the scalp and hair with 1 treatment; (irreversible damage to the scalp).

The Heat can also damage but heat doesn't damage as wide of an area as a botched relaxer experience could.

I see tge worst case senairo in this topic but What is worst a good relaxer or heat trained/damaged hair? And why

Regarding what is "worse" for your hair, playing with chemicals will always trump over heat damaged hair IMHO. But it really depends on the individual. Some people's are able to retain their hair with relaxers, and others can use heat on a regular basis and still retain. You just need to know your hair and what works best for you.

Natural is always healthier for your hair, but of course you need to take care of it just as you would when it's been damaged with heat and/or chemicals or else it'll snap off too.

I took it down since I noticed that the graphic image was already showing in the still video image, but I believe you got my point.

Relaxers are chemicals and it has the potential to cause horrible permanent damage not only to your hair, but your scalp. At least with heat trained / damaged hair you can just cut your hair off and start over.
