what to use on relaxer day?

Ladies,

I have a relaxer this weekend. I have managed to stretch to 7 weeks, but because of all the new growth from MTG and biotin, my roots are uncontrollable (This is the 1st time I have stretched to 7, but I am planning to gradually move up).

So, normally, I just have a dc after the relaxer is all shampood out.
But can you guys tell me what you normally do right after? I am really trying to keep my hair healthier this year and retain more length.

I'm texlaxing tonight, hopefully.

I apply the relax
rinse well
poo with neutralizing poo 3-4 times
use stabalizer - to bring ph balance to normal
condition
Hot oil treatment
lite poo
deep condition
rollerset

I did a deep condition last night with amla oil and I sat under the dryer for about 30 mins so I might skip that step.

* 2-minute Keratin Reconstructor
* ACV rinse
* Aphogee EFA and amla hot oil treatment

I use the 2-minute reconstructor and ACV rinse before neutralizing then again afterwards.

I use the Affirm line.

-Relax
-Neutralize Poo (4 washes plus let it sit anywhere from 1 - 3 minutes)
- Positive Conditoner (acts sorta like a deep conditioner (10 min)with PH Balance)
-5 n 1 Reconstructor (keep this on for 20 min.)

I wouldn't do it, but my hair doesn't like a lot of protein.
