What to do when one side of your hair is particula

Hey everyone,
I wanted to know how to heal my hair. The right side tends to be weaker than the left. Today to my dismay I discovered a tiny patcg shorter than the rest of my hair and I think it might be breakage. I am not sure because it looks a little nappy so I wasn't sure if it was growth. Could it be that the hairdresser put the relaxer in wrong? What should I do to prevent anymore "surprises". Last relaxer two weeks ago.

I can fully sympathize b/c my left side iz my weak side and completely shorter than my right. I just do frequent conditioner washes, use scurl to retain length and apply sulfur 8 to that side of my head. Recently i just came out of cornrows which also helped it grow. When I went for my touchup on tuesday my hairdresser said that iot had grown in very nicely. HTH
