What time of the day do you take your vitamins?

I usually take mine in the morning or afternoon w/ a meal. If I wait too long in the day, I tend to get busy and forget, so it has to be before late afternoon for me. I'm not sure if there is any added benefit taking it at a certain time of the day, but it helps to take vitamins (or certain vitamins) with a meal. Also, if you take iron pills, it helps to take it with orange juice. HTH.
 
I take my supplements in the morning on an empty stomach (flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, fish oil).

I do that to knock out 16 of the 64 oz of my water for the day.
