What temperature?

When you sit under the dryer while conditioning your hair...what temperature should you use?

My dryer says to use medium, so that is what I use. Sometimes, I use cold towards the end.

I use medium for the first 25min and then I use cool for the last 5 min...

i use high for 10-15 minutes then leave the cap on for as long as possible (i get some steam treatment out of this too) but definitely after it cools.

I use the medium setting. If it's too hot it feel like it's being cooked into the hair under neath the cap.
