Hey people!

I'm coming back from a 10-week stretch and I wanted to know what suggestions for treatment you have for me, both pre and post-relaxer. Keep in mind that my ends are really acting up and I think I'm beginning a bit of a shed! Or should I abandon this whole realxer notion? My roots are getting a little ridiculous!!!

Here are two sites by Sistaslick...one is for preparing your hair for chemical treatment (three to five days prior to relaxing/coloring) and the other one goes over applying the relaxer (and what to do the week following the relaxer)...it's really good information and very helpful...and she explains why certain steps are necessary (for naive people like me :ohwell:)...hope this helps
