I am goin to my cousins wedding. I want to perm my hair a little, but it will only be 4 weeks

I wouldn't do it. I would just get a really good rollerset and if wanted a blowdry at the roots. Then wrap it with oil and when you take it down it should be fabulous !!

the problem is that the wedding is friday. I have class till thursday and I dont know if friday I can make it to the beauty parlor in time

Are you in New York ?
Dominicans are usually open late especially on Thursdays. I would call around and find a place that is open late.

yeh I understand that there are places open late but open late enough for me to make it there. I have class till 5:30 and I go to school 3 hours away from my house

Start calling people now. You might have to pay a bit more but you will be able to find somebody to do your hair.
