Favorite: I really like the Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo. It's moisturizing, somewhat detangling (I rely on my conditioners to detangle) and smells like peach jelly. Love it. It has a little protein in it too, so it is supposed to strengthen . . .
Three Backups: Nexxus Therrape is an old favorite of mine . . And I just tried Creme of Nature after about 10 years. OMG, who needs conditioner when you have this!!! Its probably the most detangling shampoo I have ever used. Keracare Shampoo works like Creme of Nature but is more expensive . . . So these are what I use.
I use Elasta Qp Creme Conditioning Shampoo. It doesn't dry out my hair and my hair is left soft and detangled. If I wasn't such a product junkie when it comes to conditioners I'd use it by itself the majority of the time.
Well since Im started the no poo method i'm not supposed to use shampoo just CON washes . But today i clarified with Pantene clarifying shampoo to remove my exsisting buildup before starting my regimen.
Ive just started using a new line by Paul Mitchell called super skinny smoothing shampoo. And so far........I like it. My hair doesnt feel stripped and it does smooth and soften my hair. Its pretty gentle and no harsh surfectants, it contains sodium myreth sulfate which is very gentle.
Motions - Lavish conditioning, the name says it all
Keracare - First Lather and Hydrating Detangling, again the name says it all
Garnier Frutis Fortifying - I just started using this, and I really like it so far. It's not very moisturizing or detangling, however it does give my hair strength and shine.
I'm glad I read this. I was wondering what clarifying shampoo I should try. Thank goodness the one everyone recommends can be easily found. Do those who use pantene clarifying shampoo follow up with another moisturizing shampoo or do you just go start to deep conditioner? God bless you all.

I use a moisturizing shampoo even though I really don't need it afterwards though its all up to you.
I use Kera Care Hydrating Detangling Shampoo. I have relaxed, mostly 4a hair with some 3c areas in the crown and 4b areas along my edges in the nape area. This shampoo has very good detangling properties for my hair. Also it contains hydrolyzed wheat protein which helps the moisturizing properties of Kera Care Humecto creme conditioner to work better.
