what shampoo, conditioner and treatment to use and any other tips

HELLO EVERYONE!

ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I POST ANYTHING BUT I AM BACK... AND FOCUS. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR GIVING MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATION TRY AND TRANSITION AGAIN.

MY LAST PERM WAS IN JUNE....( I GAVE IN AND HAD A PERM WHICH WAS A BAD IDEA. NOW I AM STARTING ALL OVER AND I AM MUCH MORE FOCUS.

I NEED HELP WITH CONDITIONER, SHAMPOO AND TREATMENT SINCE I WILL BE TRANSITIONING.. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS.

I AM AVOIDING HEAT, I AIR DRY MY HAIR NO FLATIRONS ETC.

from june to now i have been keeping my hair in weave or wigs.
I am avoiding heat (i air dry my hair no flat irons) no heat.
to be honest i dont stick to one shampoo and conditioner (today i wash my hair with with mizani shampoo and conditioner, and VO5 conditioner.

I have come to the realization that my hair didnt grow much when i perm my hair since i would constantly flat iron my hair to keep that straight look. my hair grows more when i am not using any perm. Thank you for responsing.
