Hey,

I would like to know how everyone is using the conditioner vs. the treatment. Do you use heat? Do you alternate the two? Do you have a preferance of one over the other?

I am going to try using Aveda's products for the next 3 month. I think I may get the Sap Moss line, also, since I already have the shampoo.

TIA

Hey, Cherokee. You could try doing a search for "Aveda," and there should be plenty of threads where ladies explain how they use the products. You could also PM Allandra or Serenity_Peace because they are regular users of the Aveda Damage Remedy Line. HTH.

Hi Cherokee!
I use both at the same time. No I don't use heat. I suggest using both as directed. Between the 2...I prefer the treatment but again.....I use both. HTH

i use it as a prepoo sometimes and other times i use with or without heat. i also mix it with brilliant conditioner 95% of the time, to kill 2 birds with 1 stone:)

First, I use Aveda DR line every other week. I first poo with ADR poo, second I apply the Sapp Moss Concentrate on my scalp and then I apply the treatment, put on a plastic cap and go under the dryer for about 30 min. I rinse it out and then follow with the cond for 5-10 min (no heat). I rinse and proceed to style as normal adding my leave in's and so forth. Elixir leave in by Aveda is what I use whenever I use the DR line. My hair comes out bouncy and swinging each time.
