What relaxer do you use?

I want to relax my hair this weekend, but not sure what relaxer to use. I have used Motions before, but I always get burn and I have used Affrim and love it, but thge price is a killer. Would you go with the expensive product or try something different. Any ideas would be helpful.

Revlon Realistic lye works well for me. I don't relax bone straight, so if that's your goal, I have no opinion.

I have used Precise home relaxer with no burning but I have very coarse hair that can take a lot. I do not like to do my own relaxers though so when I go the hairdresser she uses Designs Essentials and I have gotten pretty good results with that. In the past she used to use Mizani, which was my favorite. I got very good results with that too. If I were you I would go with the more expensive one applied by a professional that you trust.

im going 2 go back to dudleys sensitive tho, affirm makes my hair too flat.

Thank you ladies for your reply and I decided to go back to affirm. I had less after relaxer damage.
