For me it's Salerm Wheatgerm Mask. I can't be w/o it. At first I thought it was good, but not great. Now I think it's extraordinary... just wish they could do something to make it smell just a little better :ohwell: .

For me, it's Surge 14. I had bottles of the stuff from meetings and I was terrified to use it. I gave so much of it away that it wasn't even funny. But I finally broke down and used it and I love it. I also feel the same way about DDTA. I used to see it all the time but I never picked it up. Now, I can't imagine doing a co-wash without it. :)

Hey Tai! What is DDTA?? I know I've seen it mentioned her here before..but I can't remember what it is..

Thanks!

It's Daily Defense Tender Apple conditioner. I  it. That and Tresemme. I forgot about that one. My roommate has used it for years and I never though to use it until recently. It's almost as good as DDTA but it's perfumy.

For me it was Aveda Brilliant Anti-Humectant pomade. I didn't know how to use it before and it didn't seem to have an effect in keeping my hair from reverting in humidity. That's because I was using it in the past on blow-dried, pressed hair (before LHCF).
Now I realize that applying it after my leave-in, while my hair is still wet and then airdrying works better for me. If needed, I apply a little more on my airdried hair before going out.

Ya don't say :scratchch. My best friend has some she isn't using b/c she thought it was so so too, but she's a heat user most of the time.

OT: I'm loving your Caruso curler looks. I'm getting my set this weekend come hell or high water!!! :)

Razac Leave-In Conditoner! I passed on this product so many times because the bottle just looked so plain and generic........but I quickly found out that the ole' addage is true, "you can't judge a book by it's cover". I'm totally in love with Razac, now.:)

Where do u ladies find Daily Defense Tender Apple? I can't recall where I've seen it here in NYC but I can't find it anymore :(. I would like to try it and I don't really want to pay shipping and handling for such a cheap item online.

This is why I hate Hawaii. Some of the stuff you guys mentioned I cant get here. Noone carries the Surge. The only thing I can get is Nexxus and Aveda. Dont come live here.

I've seen it at Wal-Mart and some of the dollar stores like Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, etc.

Thanks. There is a Kmart up here. Maybe I will check over there :)

I realized that I was sleeping on my nacidit avocado and miss keys 10 en 1 conditioners when I decided to give cholersteral a try. It sure did make me miss my dominican conditioners because my hair was snapping all over the place after I tried the cholersteral (by lekair)

So when you say airdrying works better what do you mean?Do you get less of a frizzy poofy airdried look with this product?I am really looking for a product that can cut down on the frizzies when airdrying. Also, does it give shine to airdried hair? Thanks in advance!

Surge Woogee Cream. Luv it. Luv it. Luvvvvvvvvs it.
First glance...thought it was ugggh...turned to it in desperation...and my hair wound up loving it. Gonna try and work something out with a BSS guy to just order me 12 bottles at a discount.

CON Shampoo. I used to be in love with the salerm wheat germ mask but I had one bad experience ( hair came out tangled) and never used it again. Maybe I will give it another try.

Creme of Nature Shampoo was pushed to back of the cabinet when I joined the board forgot how much my hair loved this product.
Vitale Intense Treatment works great on my hair.

Miss Key 10 en 1. I forgot how effective it was. I cannot wait to get out of these braids so I can use it again.

NTM silk touch leave in cream. I never liked it when I use to put it on my wet hair. I love it when I use it on my hair dry. Twist it into bantu knots and next day, silky waves.

Humecto...I finally ordered and received the product. I was scheduled to get my touch-up at Penney's. My stylist had already mentioned that she would have to trim on my next visit, because of my very-very dry ends which appeared split to her.

My results after using this product:

1. Had about an 1-1/2" or more of new growth. Combed right through my hair as though it had been touched up. Unbelieveable...stayed in the shower quite a long time combing my hair...I'm usually breaking my neck to get out and put my million other products in before my tangly hair would begin to dry!

2. My ends appeared to be very smooth, but I wasn't taking any chances...I placed a plastic bag over my head and slept in this product.

3. Next day, I rinsed out the product and put my hair in a braid to let it air dry. Once dry, my ends still appeared to be very smooth in comparison to other times when I air-dried my hair.

4. I went to my Penney's appointment the next day and feared the worse...much to my surprise, and of course I didn't bring up the subject, my stylist looked at my ends and never mentioned anything about a trim. I left the appointment unscathed. I was ecstatic! HOORAY FOR HUMECTO!!!
