what length is this considered? (pic)

the thread about how long is your hair vs. how long you want it has me wondering, exactly what length my hair is.
I thought it was mid-back-ish, someone else though maaaybe touching waist. What do you think? (oh, and forgive the quality of the pics. they were taken with my phone)
The top pic is right after washing and blowing dry. The second is after a few days in a bun.

Looks like WSL, but tech. your waist is the smallest part of your torso and is goes exactly around your bellybutton.
