What is the LHCF Lango!!!?? HELP

Hello lovely ladies!

I am new to this forum and so far I am loving it!!! However I find it to be challenging trying to decode all the hair acronyms. Like I know DC means Deep Condition and Reggie means Regimen and PT means protein but what is all the other stuff????! HELP
