What is the best way to blow off an ex?

This ex is a master manipulator...

Yeah, just ignore him. I had to block my ex on Facebook also. Try to remember why he is your ex if he tries to manipulate you into feeling guilty.

I've had manipulators. Avoid him at all costs! No sympathy, brief chats, or even bother to explain why because depending on his skill level he will worm his way back in. Good luck!
