What is prepoo? How do you do it and with what?

A prepoo is a hot oil treatment used before a shampoo. It could be an overnight oiling, oiling and then sitting under the dryer or just oil applied to the hair 30 mins before you poo.

Do you do this on dry hair? What products are used?

Yes I use it on dry hair.

I've used/use

Amla Oil (regular and lite)
Coconut Oil
Kemi Oil
Shikakai Herbal Hair Oil
