I don't know if it works better than the leave in because I decided not to buy it. I have enough leave ins actually enough to last until the end of the year probably.

But I must tell you, the Salerm is da bomb and I don't think that anything will be able to hold a candle to this one, not even Neutrogena. It leaves your hair encredibly silky and soft. It's amazing. This one will always be in my hair supply drawers!!! Always!

The Fatty acid concentrate is just essential oils, I use it mainly on the ends of my hair for twistouts. I also use it for hot oil treatments and I put it in my deep conditioner for a extra kick.

Hmm...y'all are making me seriously regret unloading my shopping cart when I was at the drug store today...I had NTM Shampoo, Daily Conditioner, Mask (would have been a repeat buy) and the Serum in my cart and put everything back except the serum, lol...I may go back and get them after all, LOL...
