I oil pull (health) and oil rinse (hair). Oil pulling is typically discussed in the thread posted above. I'm not seeing any hair benefits from it if that's why the question is being asked. Nix08, any you getting any hair benefits from oil pulling?

i have yet to see any hair benefits. the only hair benefits i have heard it helps with is premature graying but i don't have that issue.
